Includes Clinical Demonstrations & In-Depth Analysis
Does This Sound Familiar?
For many therapists, helping clients change complex, deeply entrenched responses can be frustrating work—especially after your best clinical efforts fail to bring about the healing your clients so desperately need.
- Do you have clients who are stuck in loops of helplessness, fear, and pain?
- Do talk therapy techniques hit a wall when dealing with deep-rooted trauma?
- Do you worry about re-traumatizing clients when trying to access suppressed memories?
There is a better way. It starts by listening to the body.
Unlock the Change Within the Client
When clients have experienced traumatic events, no matter how long ago, they often carry fragmented remnants deep in their bodies.
Trauma treatment innovator Peter Levine, after 50 years of research, shares that the key to healing is not changing the client, but working with their bodies to reveal the change within.
The Solution:
Somatic Experiencing (SE) taps into the power of psychological and physical cues to serve as a unique guide to effective, long-lasting healing.
What You Will Learn
