As a university student recently diagnosed with ADHD, I bought this course hoping to find ways to survive my degree without burning out. The academic and executive function sessions were a game changer. I learned how to break large assignments into smaller tasks, manage time without feeling suffocated by schedules, and use my interest-based motivation instead of fighting it. The parts on sleep, anxiety, and emotional swings were also incredibly validating. I do wish there were a few more student-only examples, but I still adapted the strategies easily. My grades have stabilized, and I feel less like a “failure” and more like someone who finally has the right instruction manual.

I work as a school social worker, and I bought this ADHD conference course to better support both students and staff. The variety of perspectives—clinicians, coaches, educators, and adults with ADHD—made the content rich and relatable. I found the sections on collaboration between home and school particularly useful, as well as the guidance on creating realistic accommodation plans. Some talks were more basic than others, but even the introductory ones gave me language I can use with families and teachers who are new to ADHD. Overall, it gave me a more integrated view of how to support students across environments, which is exactly what I needed.

As a father of two kids with ADHD and a demanding job, I often felt pulled in every direction. This course helped me step back, understand what’s actually happening in their brains, and stop personalizing every difficult moment. The parenting sessions were practical and compassionate, focusing on realistic routines, collaborative problem-solving, and self-regulation for parents too. I’m no longer yelling through homework time every night. We use several strategies from the conference, like visual schedules and transition warnings, and the mood at home is calmer. I wouldn’t say everything is perfect, but the chaos feels manageable now. For parents who feel lost and exhausted, this is a powerful resource.

I purchased this course as an ADHD coach looking to deepen my toolbox, and it absolutely delivered. The speakers were generous with concrete frameworks, not just inspirational talk. I especially liked the sections on executive function coaching, habit formation for ADHD brains, and navigating burnout. The peer support groups and panel discussions gave me insight into different age groups and cultural backgrounds, which will help me coach more sensitively. My only small wish is that some sessions had downloadable templates instead of slides, but the content itself is gold. I feel more confident designing structured programs for my clients and explaining the “why” behind each strategy.

As a clinical psychologist who works with many ADHD clients, I’m very picky about continuing education. This conference exceeded my expectations. The integration of neuroscience, practical interventions, and lived experience was outstanding. I particularly valued the sessions on ADHD with co-occurring anxiety and depression, as well as the material on emotional dysregulation and rejection sensitivity. I came away with new metaphors, worksheets, and session structures that I’m already using in therapy. Several clients have commented that things finally “make sense” after I applied concepts from the course. It’s rare to find something that is both clinically rigorous and immediately usable. I highly recommend it to fellow professionals.

I’m a middle school teacher and department head, and I bought this course hoping for a few classroom tips. What I received was much more comprehensive. The sessions on executive function, behavior, and emotional regulation completely changed how I interpret “defiance” and “laziness” in my students. I’ve already adjusted my instructions, deadlines, and seating plans using the ideas from the conference, and I’m seeing less friction and more engagement. The presenters clearly understand real classrooms, not just theory. I also appreciated the focus on collaboration with parents and school counselors. This course gave me a roadmap for supporting ADHD learners without burning myself out in the process.

As an adult diagnosed with ADHD in my thirties, I’ve spent years jumping between productivity hacks that never stick. This course finally connected the dots for me. The speakers explained ADHD in a way that was scientific but still easy to understand, and they offered concrete step-by-step systems instead of vague motivation. I’ve started using their time-blocking and transition strategies at work, and my days feel far less chaotic. The sections on relationships and communication were also huge for my marriage. My partner understands my brain better, and I feel less ashamed. It’s not a magic cure, but it’s the most practical, validating resource I’ve found.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this ADHD conference course surprised me in the best way. As a mother of a 12-year-old with ADHD and a full-time nurse, I constantly felt like I was failing at both. The sessions on executive function, emotional regulation, and school collaboration gave me language and tools I could use immediately with my son’s teachers. I especially loved the practical strategies for homework, transitions, and morning routines. The peer discussions also helped me feel less alone and guilty. For the first time, I feel like I have a realistic plan instead of random tips from the internet. This course is worth every minute.
